Return & Exchange Policy

What is our Return policy?

We examine each product carefully to ensure that the product has no damages before delivering it you. However, We will accept returns in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being delivered to you. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (4 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition or the product has been tampering with, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods being delivered to you. Returns can be made through the following options.

Returns via courier collection

Complete our online form including the following details

  • Order number and product code (You may find both in the emailed invoice.)
  • Reason for return
  • If you wish to refund or replace your item

We will email / SMS you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return – free of charge if we had delivered a product/s that is/are damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are sorry to inform that we do not allow exchanges under any circumstances.

Products we are unable to refund or exchange

The following goods may not be returned except pursuant to your statutory rights: personalized good/s made to a customer’s specifications, goods which, by reason of their nature, are liable to deterioration or expire rapidly, bedding, toiletries, perfumery, cosmetics, pierced earrings, accessories, lingerie and swimwear.

As specified, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on swimwear or lingerie for hygienic reasons.

Delivery charges

We will refund your original delivery charge if a product is found to be incorrect, faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Change / cancellation of an order

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact our online Customer Service HOTLINE 077 987 4251 (Call / SMS) any time between 9am and 8pm, 7 days a week or email us info@bell-di.com . Please have the order number and date of order ready. If your products have already been delivered, then you will need to follow our returns process mentioned above.
